1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and fj66 ("fj66", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://fj66.io ("the Platform"). By accessing the Platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them unconditionally.

fj66 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Accounts found to be ineligible will be suspended immediately and any funds held in such accounts will be handled in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.

3. Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold one (1) fj66 account only. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, IP address, device, or payment method — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances being reviewed for forfeiture.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and residential address in Bangladesh. You agree to keep this information current and to notify fj66 promptly of any changes by contacting [email protected].

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. fj66 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].

fj66 reserves the right to decline a registration application or close an existing account without obligation to provide a reason, subject to the handling of any legitimate outstanding balance.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

fj66 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and will be displayed at the time of your request.

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your fj66 balance in real time, subject to confirmation from the respective mobile financial service provider. fj66 charges no transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals made via local mobile wallet services. Card-based deposits may be subject to fees imposed by the issuing bank; fj66 is not responsible for such charges.

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit, unless KYC verification supports an alternative arrangement approved by fj66 support.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed within one (1) business day. Approved withdrawals are typically credited to bKash and Nagad accounts within two (2) to four (4) hours of approval.
• fj66 may delay or decline a withdrawal request if: (a) KYC documentation has not been provided; (b) the account is under investigation for potential fraud or breach of these Terms; or (c) the relevant bonus wagering requirements have not been satisfied.
• fj66 reserves the right to reverse a deposit if we have reasonable grounds to believe it was made fraudulently or in error.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your fj66 bonus balance and must meet the applicable wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated on the promotion page.

• Bets are accepted subject to availability of the market and sufficient balance in your fj66 account at the time the bet is placed.
• Once a bet is confirmed and a bet slip reference number is issued, the bet is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the user, unless fj66 determines that the bet was accepted in error (e.g., due to a manifestly incorrect price).
• fj66 reserves the right to void a bet if: (a) the event is cancelled or abandoned and not completed within 24 hours; (b) the market price was clearly erroneous at the time of acceptance; (c) there is evidence of match fixing, corruption, or irregular activity in the event; or (d) the bet was placed by an ineligible account.
• Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply and may vary by sport, market, and event. Limits are displayed in the betting interface at the time of placing a wager.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to a connection delay. fj66 will void any in-play bet where it can be demonstrated that the bet was placed after the relevant event outcome had already been determined.
• All result settlements are based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the ICC for cricket). fj66 is not obligated to accept alternative sources or third-party data as evidence of a result.

7. Casino Game Rules

All casino games offered on fj66 — including but not limited to Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, video slots, and fishing games — are governed by the rules of the individual game as displayed within the game interface, supplemented by these Terms.

All games utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by licensed international game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. 9. Intellectual Property

All content on the fj66 Platform — including but not limited to the fj66 brand name, logo, website design, user interface, graphics, text, software, and game assets — is the exclusive intellectual property of fj66 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from fj66.
• Use the fj66 brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation without written authorisation.

12. Account Suspension & Closure

fj66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including (but not limited to) the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, match fixing, or any other criminal activity.
• Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• At the request of the account holder.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, fj66 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms the breach, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part. Where no breach is confirmed, any legitimate remaining balance will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method within ten (10) business days.

Where an account is closed at the request of the account holder with no outstanding breach, any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the account holder's registered payment method within five (5) business days.

13. Privacy & Data Protection
